Development of Brand Voice and Tone
Brand voice and tone are maintained through consistent posts about the same general topics. Posting information that is on topic is important. People follow your social accounts for a specific reason, what are they expecting to see, making sure that it’s on topic and engaging is the most important part of what we do.
We will need to deep the analytics and post during times when your following is most active. We make sure you respond to anyone who messages you within 24 hours via automated messaging and let them know someone will be with them soon to help address any concerns or questions. Then, depending on the number of hours you’ve dedicated to your campaign, and the number of other initiatives you have us managing, we respond to them as soon as reasonably possible.
Content Curation / Repurposing Content:
Using content in the form of articles/videos/images from your site will do better than pulling articles/images/videos from other pages on the web or in social media. Repurposing content is a fantastic way to leverage what you already have and bring more exposure to it. If you already have great content on your site, there is no need for us to reinvent the wheel. If you do not have much content on your site, then we will create a plan with you of where we should look for examples of great content, and then recreate content with your brand voice attached. We want to use as little of other people’s content as possible. If we’re going to curate, it’s to make your version of the content.
It is HIGHLY suggested that you participate in providing content for this program (blogs, case studies, company photos, or videos). We find personable content is very engaging. We realize many companies are too busy to do this daily but integrating a few items of highly personal content each month is very helpful.
The content we create for companies are image/text oriented, any video content you wish for us to post will need to be shared with us in its final form as editing/creation of video content is not included in this proposal.
Posting (Testing Day/time):
Posting when your audience is active is important. Take Twitter for example; the average life of a tweet is 18 minutes, and most retweets happen within 7 minutes. This means users in this space are living on the social platform, seeing something happen, and then sharing it as a part of what they are interested in. The social world moves quickly! No sense posting at 9 am if most of your audience shows up to see content at noon!
Understanding when to post/tweet/reshare is critical to a campaign’s success and will continue to be tested for the best results across the entirety of the business.
Community engagement:
When you have an established and active following, it's important to stay connected with them. The worst thing you can do is “deliver and disappear.” We will keep your brand humanized by answering follower questions, adding value to conversations on your posts/page, liking and commenting on follower-shares, asking questions to promote conversation, and more. We will work with you to create a way we will handle FAQ on your behalf.
For some industries we must take that information into a private format with one of your customer service representatives as soon as possible, in others we can handle the entire interaction, pointing them in the right direction without having to burden your staff. In the case they ask questions that require your expertise, we will build a plan on how we properly elevate those to you and/or someone on your team.
Regular Analytics Report and Assessments:
If we’re managing it, then it can be measured! We can provide in-depth analytics of post and post type success, engagement stats, audience insights, mentions, and campaign results. We can set up our reporting to dive as deep as you wish to and establish the frequency of our reporting together. Many of our partners opt for monthly reporting, so we can focus most of our time on actionable deliverables inside of the campaign, but you can receive these as often as weekly if you wish.
